The SSB Neuwied was founded at a time when social media marketing and newsletters were not common. Phone calls were made, faxes were sent and, if necessary, people "just drove by". But SSB Neuwied wanted to go digital early on and position itself for the future. This is why the provider of seminars and services in fire protection has now been working with Marketing Mittelrhein for over 5 years.
In addition to consulting, the collaboration is primarily about digitally addressing new customers for B2B seminars, retaining existing customers and increasing visibility as a service provider. After all, trust plays a particularly important role in construction projects and especially in fire protection.
🔥 The initial situation: little visibility
At the beginning of the collaboration, SSB Neuwied's business model was primarily based on analog measures such as flyers, mailings and word-of-mouth advertising. These are still important tools today. However, there was a lack of measurable digital channels. Initial tests on Google Ads were started, but the visibility as a service provider was not there.

In our collaboration, we greatly expanded digital communication. In addition to a social media presence, email marketing measures were implemented to actively address former seminar participants and get them interested in further offers. Paid advertisements on social media were used to attract new participants. In addition, offers were made available digitally with our help so that new seminars could be marketed as e-learning courses.
